Everest Poker VIP Program and Rewards
When you become a member of Everest Poker you are automatically enrolled in the VIP Summit Club at Base Camp. As a member of this poker loyalty program, play poker, and subsequently, earn VIP Summit points as you accrue these points, your VIP status will increase. The highest tier is the Summit and it offers the best rewards.
Players can also convert their Summit points right into cash, sort of like an in house rakeback program. Summit members can, at the top tier, actually exchange their points for up to $5,000 dollars a month and a possible entry into the weekly $3,500 dollar freeroll.
Here's how it works:
For every dollar an Everest poker player pays in rake, that player earns 1 Summit Point. A whole dollar doesn't have to be earned however, fractional points are awarded, so even if you're rockin' the micro limit tables, you're earning Summit Points. Everest Poker has a $3 cap on rake paid, so Summit Points are also capped at 3 earned per hand.
Tournament players earn Summit points at a rate of 8 SP for every $1 you pay out in tournament fee's.
Converting Summit Player Points into Cash (Everest Rakeback)
Everest Poker is giving some of your rake, back to you! As you accrue Summit points, you get the choice to spend them, save them, or trade them in for real cash that you can play poker with! Every single Summit point is worth $.04 in cash! If you're ready to convert your Summit points into cash, visit the Lobby at Everest, click the VIP tab, and then fill out the cash conversion form.
Base Camp level players are eligible to convert as 12,500 SP's (Summit Points) into $50 cash per month. So it's not a lot of cash, but if you're busted, it'll surely get you back into the game.
As you move up in the tiers however, you can convert more points into more cash. Camp I members can trade 25k SP's for $100 every month. Once players reach Camp II they're eligible to trade 62,500 points for $250.
Camp III players can trade 125,000 points for a $500 bankroll boost every month, and Camp IV players can swap 375K points for $1,500 in Everest Poker money!
Once you get up into the top tiers, you can pretty much live off of the money you'll receive as a Summit VIP member, never having to deposit again. Members at The Death Zone level are eligible to trade 500k Summit Points for $2,000 per month, and The Summit level members can earn $5000 in cash bonuses by trading 1,250,000 in points monthly.
Enter Tournaments with Summit Poker Points
For those on the lower levels, who are facing limits on the amount of points they can trade each month, Summit points can also be swapped up for poker tournament entries. IF you're short on points, but want to buy into a tournament, here's another neat thing about Summit points; you can bet them and win them!

There are other perks offered via the Summit Points VIP program at Everest Poker. As players move up through the levels they will qualify for further perks such as live in game customer service, VIP preferred email support, live phone assistance and other VIP treatment.

Multi-table tournament's are available for most events, in addition to Sit n Go style satellites. A favorite way to earn entry into a major event is via Steps tournaments at Everest. Players can play in Sit N Go Steps that will ultimately take them to a seat at a live event. These are very popular because they're hard to lose. players choose a step to start out on, and then they either win a seat in that step, the step prior, the next step, the event, or, they bust.
Sit N Go Steps start at only $2.00 or 500 Summit Points
Satellites and Qualifiers also award seats but unlike the Sit N Go Steps they don't run nearly as often. They all have varying buyins and the lower the buyin the more work you're going to have between you and your seat.
GTD Tournaments: Everest Poker offers 20 guaranteed tournaments every day. Guaranteed prize pools start at $100 dollars and buyins start at only $0.10. There is at least one $5,000 dollar GTD every day at Everest.

As Everest Poker is closed to US based players, it is generally believed that the games are looser than at the major US rooms due to the absence of the American sharks who tend to be aggressive and profitable. Everest is a perfectly secure room and your money is as safe there as at the bank.
All you need to do to get your $500 bonus is to first make a real money deposit. The minimum deposit to make is $10, unlike other rooms that make a 100% match up. Here no match up, just $500. So if you make a $100 deposit, you will get a 500% deposit.
After you download the Everest Poker software, start the program and create a new account. Make your first deposit and you will see a screen just as the one above. Enter the bonus code BONUSTIPS in the field for bonus code.
When you play at a real money table, your bonus will convert into real cash as you get involved in pots. When you leave the table, the amount of bonus that you just converted will be immediately transferred to your account.
